Families and educators often carry useful knowledge in separate places: meetings, memories, school records, goals, and day-to-day observations. Forward Map helps turn that scattered insight into a conversation that can move forward.

Forward Map reflects the practical work of helping students, families, and schools make a plan together. It is independently created and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the New York State Education Department.

Is the beta tool available today?
Not yet. The beta-interest list helps shape the first release and lets us share updates when participation opens.
Will you ask for student information?
No. This interest form requests only your name and email. The first version does not request student names, diagnoses, or IEP uploads.
Does Forward Map replace school planning?
No. It is an educational planning tool designed to support clearer conversations and next actions; it does not replace school-team processes or professional advice.
